BACI was created in 1956, and have since grown into a non-profit organization that provides innovative services to over 1000 children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities and their families in Metro Vancouver. We are an agency and community where children and adults of all abilities are supported to reach for their dreams and make decisions about their lives - where they want to live, work, learn and grow.

We bring in several guest speakers during the course of the year to cover specific topics and provide an opportunity for parents to network, discuss issues, share their successes, challenges and learn from each other. We appreciate your generousity! .
